Pricing & the conversion
What does the $75 cover?
One chart converted to point data, with review before you buy and every export format included. There is no separate fee for the review or for re-downloads.
When am I charged?
Only at export, after you have reviewed the extracted surface. Upload, extraction and the full 2D review cost nothing and need no account.
What if a file is refused or a read fails?
Nothing is charged. A raster or scanned sheet is caught on upload before any processing. If extraction runs but cannot produce usable soundings, that conversion is free.
Are re-downloads charged?
No. Once a conversion is paid you can download it again for the full retention period at no cost.
How long are exports kept?
A single conversion stays available to re-download for 18 months. Pro and Team plans keep exports for their stated retention window.
Do I need an account to review?
No. The review opens straight from the conversion link. An account is only created when you buy, so the conversion can be held against it.
What formats do you export?
CSV. It's included in the conversion price, and re-downloads are free.
Is my source drawing stored?
No. The PDF is processed in memory and discarded immediately — it is never written to our storage. Only the extracted point data is kept, for re-download.
